Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship within the UK and US. All orders are dispatched from our studio in the UK.

Processing times Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Custom pet portrait commissions require additional time — please allow 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.

UK delivery Standard delivery: 2–4 business days We use Royal Mail for most UK orders.

International delivery Europe:(currently not shipping to Eurpoe. Rest of world: 7–14 business days International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging All prints and cards are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Art prints are sent flat or rolled in protective packaging.

Tracking Tracking information will be provided where available. Standard letter-rate items (e.g. greeting cards) may not include tracking.
